For The Low ("we," "our," or "the App") is a casual mobile game. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about how the App works.
For The Low does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App operates entirely on your device.
No account required. No personal data. No analytics or tracking. No third-party data sharing.
The App stores your high score locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can clear this data at any time by uninstalling the App.
For The Low does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is safe for users of all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the Last Updated date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Blow That Money — Privacy

1. Overview
Blow That Money is a single-player game in which you upload screenshots of items and race to spend a fictional budget. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.
2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Photos you upload, item names and prices you type, your run configuration (budget tier, timer, currency), and any saved past runs you choose to keep.
3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Anonymous usage events (screen views, run starts, run completions) tied only to a randomly generated device identifier — never your name, email, or Apple ID. You can opt out of analytics at any time from Settings.
4. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
No accounts. No name, email, password, address, phone number, contacts, calendar, location, health, or financial information. No advertising identifiers. No ads.
5. PHOTO PROCESSING
When you upload a photo, it is sent over an encrypted connection to our backend, which forwards it to Anthropic Claude for two purposes: (1) reading the price and item name from the image (OCR), and (2) screening the image against a fixed list of disallowed content categories (recognizable people, illegal drugs, nudity, gore, hate symbols). Photos are not retained on our servers after processing. Anthropic is contractually prohibited from training on your inputs.
6. STORAGE AND RETENTION
Photos and saved runs live only inside the app on your device. Backend logs are kept up to 30 days for debugging and contain no personally identifying information. Anonymous analytics events are retained up to 24 months.
7. SHARING
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the app: Anthropic (OCR and moderation), PostHog (anonymous analytics), and Apple (app distribution). We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We will disclose information only when required by law.
8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES Delete a saved run from inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove all local data. Disable anonymous analytics from Settings at any time. Revoke photo or camera access from iOS Settings. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA — contact us to exercise them.
9. CHILDREN
The app is rated 17+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. SECURITY
We use TLS encryption in transit and standard measures at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. CHANGES
We may update this policy. The date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice before they take effect.

By downloading, installing, or using For The Low, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
For The Low is a free casual mobile game in which players identify the lower of two displayed prices. The App is provided for entertainment purposes only.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device you own or control.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App; use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of the App's developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Blow That Money — Terms
Effective: April 28, 2026
By using Blow That Money (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The app
Blow That Money is a single-player entertainment game. You select a fictional starting budget, upload screenshots of items you would buy, and try to spend the budget before the timer runs out. The game ends with a highlight reel of your purchases. No real money changes hands at any point. The app is not a financial product, an investment tool, or a gambling service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your photos
When you upload a screenshot, the image is sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) so the app can read the item name and price. Your image is processed in transit; we do not retain it on our servers after the response is returned to your device. The parsed result is stored only on your device.
4. What you can and cannot upload
Upload screenshots of products, listings, items, or scenery. Do not upload:
- photos of any real person, child or adult;
- illegal drugs or paraphernalia;
- nudity or sexual content;
- gore or graphic violence;
- hate symbols or extremist imagery.
The app rejects images that match these categories automatically. Repeatedly attempting to bypass these checks may result in your access being suspended.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any image you submit, including images that contain third-party logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material.
5. Accuracy
The app uses AI to estimate the price shown in a screenshot. Detected prices and item names may be wrong. The app is for entertainment only. Do not rely on parsed prices for any real-world purchase, valuation, or financial decision.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you also agree to that policy.
7. Intellectual property
The app, including its design, code, copy, and branding, is owned by Sidney Young. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer the app, except as permitted by applicable law.
You keep ownership of any photo you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that photo solely so the app can return a result to your device.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, or attack the app or its supporting services. Do not use the app in violation of any law. Do not use the app to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or to protect the safety, security, or integrity of the service.
10. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any defect will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app will not exceed five United States dollars (USD $5.00).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
